In April, 28 percent of all leads distributed to RE/MAX agents in eNeighborhoods regions resulted from new marketing partnerships with Homes.com, Trulia and Zillow. And in March, these partnerships delivered 29 percent of leads.
Your remax.com listings began reaching more potential homebuyers and sellers in December 2010 when RE/MAX entered a marketing partnership with Homes.com, and then again in March 2011 with Trulia and Zillow.
As a result of these partnerships, RE/MAX agents have received an average of 12 million more pages views each month.

Get your listing leads
Until leads from all of the syndication partner sites are integrated with LeadStreet, please be aware of the following guidelines for receiving leads on your listings:
•Homes.com – All leads are distributed via LeadStreet. You do not need a separate account to receive your listing leads.
•Trulia.com – An account was created for you automatically. Information about accessing this account was emailed to you within weeks of launching the partnerships. If you have questions about your Trulia account, call (800) 544-0495. Leads are sent directly to your email as well as stored in your Trulia account.
•Zillow.com – Leads are sent directly to your email, however you must set up an account with Zillow to maximize your branding and lead opportunities. To create an account with Zillow visit www.zillow.com and click the "Register" button toward the top-right side of the page. Creating an account will enable you to enhance your profile information and your agent branding on listings.
You do have a choice
If you'd rather not display your listings on these sites, you can opt out. To do so, simply log into your LeadStreet account and select "Syndication" in the Listings drop-down menu. Uncheck boxes for the sites you don't want your listings sent to.
