Local Market Stats for December 2013
The Utah Association of Realtors has released the local market update for December 2013. A slight drop from last month, we saw the Closed Sales hit 10.9% (a 0.5% dip from November) and a 13.8% for the Median Sales Price. The cold weather has been attributed to the decrease, but experts predict we will see an increase in the numbers as the weather improves.
