The Utah Association of Realtors recently released the local market stats for May 2014. Closed Sales came in at -1.9% for the month, Median Sales Price closing out the month at 4.9%. The numbers have stayed fairly steady since the beginning of the year.
Even with the rough start in the housing market, things should be heating up for July and August.
