Welcome to this edition of The Metro Message.....I hope all of you had a weekend filled with fun, enjoyment, and some relaxation.
I want to start this week by sharing last months sales statistics with you.
RE/MAX Metro Agents closed 121 sides and $19.5 Million in volume. Great job! This is done one sale at a time and by outworking the competition. Keep up the great work.
We all should know that the things that we truly want will not just come to us. Yes, for those that did not know that, we really have to work to have all the things we truly want. If we want happiness from others - we have to work on providing happiness to others. If we want to travel and see the world - we must take steps now to make that a reality. If we want a great big house and lots of toys - we must do things each day that will provide us the ability to have and keep them. Here is the point: We must take responsibility for the things we want to do and have. We must take action each day to bring us closer to the things we want and want to have. We must stay on the path and be thankful each step of the way. I wish you all to have everything in your life you desire, but you are the one that needs to do something to get it. Make it a great week.
ENCOURAGEMENT CORNER...
You Can Do Anything You Believe You Can
Just start somewhere. Resolve to do something.
You might even write out what you want to
accomplish. Then explore what you need to do to
reach you goal, and start doing it, step by step.
It's the same as if you were planning a trip: you
get a map, make your preparations, and then start
traveling the right road.
Don't get "bound up" in any problems that stand
in your way. Do something every day to resolve
them. Trust your instincts. Do one thing at a time.
Remember... if you sow seeds of fear, doubt, panic,
and procrastination, it will most likely work against
you. If you keep doing the same things you're
doing now, you will keep ending up in similar
places to where you are now.
Once you start making progress towards your goal,
you will be magically propelled towards eventual
reward. Just keep listening and taking direction
from inside you. Be patient; your dreams will not
come true overnight. But start now, and go with
love and courage and confidence. Don't be afraid.
You can do anything you believe you can. And
don't forget to keep an open mind and heart to
check yourself along the way.
